What is beige parquet?
With parquet, beige isn’t paint but a natural wood tone. You get it through light wood species, usually light oak, and through finishes that temper the warm yellow tones of the wood into a softer, more neutral colour. Think white-oiled, limed or bleached parquet. The result is a warm, light floor that keeps the natural grain of real wood, but looks calmer and more neutral than a classic honey-toned parquet.

- Forgiving of dust and crumbs, thanks to the light tone
- Authentic, tactile grain of real wood
- Perfect for a Scandinavian, country or minimalist style
- Stable engineered parquet is suitable for underfloor heating
Tip: how to get a beige tone in real wood
Because beige is a worked wood tone, the finish determines the result. A white-oiled or limed oak gives that soft, matte beige look you know from Scandinavian interiors, while keeping the grain clearly visible. Pair beige parquet with white or off-white walls for a maximum light effect, or with dark joinery and natural tones for more contrast and depth. For a natural, matte look, go for an oiled finish.
